- Order Cutoff Time: To ensure your order is processed the same day, please place it by 2:00 PM (CEST) on a business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the following business day.
- Processing Time: Your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated Delivery Time: Our shipping partners aim to deliver your items within 7 to 12 business days after they have been shipped. We are always working to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to follow your package's journey online. An SMS delivery confirmation can also be sent upon request.
